1. Application Guidelines:

- Participants may only apply for one race category—either 10K, 5K, or 3K. Submitting multiple entries will result in disqualification.

- Registrations are exclusively through the official online link. No offline submissions or group entries are permitted.

2. Pre-Application Checklist:

- Ensure all mandatory fields are completed, payment of entry fees is made, and all required consents (waiver, medical advisory) are accepted.

- Confirm that you meet the minimum age requirements for the selected race.

3. Corrections:

Once your application is submitted, you cannot edit the details. For changes, please contact the event team.

4. Age Categories:

Participants in the 10K, and 5K races will be grouped by age for awards and recognition.

5. Race Start Times:

Start times for each race category are subject to change and will be updated on the event website after registration closes.

6. Application Status:

You can check the status of your registration on the event website within 10 business days. For assistance, contact the event helpline.

Expo & Bib Collection:

- Dates: The Expo will be held on Friday, January 17, and Saturday, January 18, 2025.

- Personal Collection: Runners must collect their bibs in person and confirm their details. Bring the application confirmation and a valid photo ID.

- Representative Collection: If you're unable to attend, a representative may collect your bib with proper documentation, but they may only collect for one participant.

- Group Collection: For group participants, a designated representative can collect all bibs with authorization and the necessary documents.

Entry Rejection and Refund Policy:

- Requests for cancellations or refunds will not be accepted after registration.

- In cases of application rejection, a refund (minus ₹50 processing fees) will be provided by January 17, 2025.

- No refunds will be given for non-participation or failure to collect your bib on time.

Entry Deferment Policy:

- If the event is cancelled, your entry will automatically be carried over to the next edition at no extra cost.

- If participation must be reduced due to government regulations, those last to register will have their entries deferred to the next event.

Additional Guidelines:

- Donations made at the time of registration are non-refundable.

- Registration is non-transferable and benefits are limited to the confirmed participant.

- Any false information provided will result in disqualification with no refund.

- Unauthorized bib use on race day will lead to disqualification.

- Personal race-day recordings are for personal use only and cannot be used for commercial purposes.
